Patient Transport Service provides free non-emergency transport for NHS patients that cannot get to appointments on their own. G4S Healthcare Services had successfully won the contract to run the service in Kent and Medway. Their remit was complex and included:

  • Marketing to both users of the service and NHS staff
  • Training NHS staff on using the new Cleric booking system
  • Clearly communicating elligibility criteria

This meant creating several types of marketing material to display in Doctors surgeries and hospitals, as well a central website to provide patient information. With no formal branding - despite running PTS in other areas - we knew that having a clear and consistent style would be beneficial to G4S. Our copy writers set about ensuring information was consistently applied across printed materials, the website and videos.

We designed and developed a website that included a portal for NHS staff training videos, all managed from one bespoke system.
