We wanted to focus on the beauty of the luxury apartments, but how do you showcase something that has not been built? Our strategy was to use a mixture of computer-generated 3D modelling with real-life photography and video.

To successfully market the apartments, we also needed to showcase the local area. Oxted is a beautiful place to live; a peaceful village life with excellent links to London. To do this we used a drone to take aerial photography.

We are proud to say that 25 Gresham Road was a huge success. All apartments sold above their asking price before they were built. The demand was so popular that a second chance waiting list was setup just in case any became available.
